The digital space has been my professional home for over 15 years. I aim to understand the people who are interacting with the products I work on so their experiences are useful, easy and delightful. To do that, I strive to uncover peoples needs, wants, motivations, pains & gains to craft AI powered strategies that exceed their expectations while maximizing business outcomes. Lately, my focus has been on the intersection of AI, inclusivity & ethical design.
