Making card giving relevant again
Hallmark asked us to find a way to make physical card giving instant and relevant to younger generations.
We needed to understand how we could make Hallmark present itself in new ways, where people were already engaging. Based on insights I gathered, as well as quantitative data about the segment, Facebook was the chosen channel where Hallmark's audiences were, so we set out to insert card giving into their everyday lives in a new way.

I began by sketching several experiences, from a mobile app that integrates with a facebook app and physical cards, to what we ended up creating
Interaction design
Collaboratively the team chose a direction and I began creating detailed prototypes. During this phase I worked very closely with creative & technical teams to explore many possibilities together quickly.
